My Balancing Equipment
I use a portable dynamic balancing device that allows me to balance rotors without removing them from their original installation. This method is fast, efficient, and minimizes downtime for your equipment.
- Only access to bearing mounting points is required
- Access to locations for adding or removing balancing weights is needed
- No need to disassemble or transport the rotor
- Suitable for fans, crushers, mills, and other rotating machinery
- Bearings must be in good condition (not worn out)
- The rotor must be clean and free of dirt or buildup before balancing

Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Weekends (Sat–Sun): 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
All work by prior arrangement only. This is a part-time service in addition to my full-time job.
